The intent is to make sure the furniture and cabin are in good condition for the guest, if there is a wear or tear and any malfunction during stay the insurance will be charged. The safety and security of theguest is the responsibility of the signer renting the cabin. Due to wildlife or mountain climbing if someone is hurt the owner is not responsible. Garage* The wood floor is left is good condition without any major scratch or damage. If you see any scratch pl., send picture to owner. If there are scratches during the stay the insurance will be reported. Wood floor in main, 1st and basement floor:* The Garage facility of tennis/pool table and chairs areavailable for guest use. The rest of the garage stuff is private and should not be used without permission. Washer/Dryer, Kitchen fridge, Oven, Microwave, Coffee, Toaster, Dishwasher* The appliances mentioned above are in working condition. If there is any issue during the insurance will be charged Sofa in Living, stair lounge and basement:* The sofas are left in scratch less condition. If there are any scratches during stay the insurance will be reported. Pets Policy :* a.The guest responsibility to make sure the pets don’t scratch floor, sofa or furniture. If there is any wear/tear the insurance will be reported. b. While leaving the cabin the guest cannot leave the pets un-attended in cabin. The pets need to be taken along. Doors and security :* a.Basement outside doors, living room doors are to be locked after dark. It is the guest responsibility if the doors are not locked and there is disturbance due to wildlife. b. make sure not to disconnect blink and Nest power sync modules located on the table on living room and kitchen power outlet. Spa / hot tub: Please make sure to not leave any dirt in the spa during use. There is a net and cleaning stuff in the closet on the lower floor. The rest is private stuff in Garage. Please keep the garage door closed during night and when you in use. Damage Protection:* Please make sure the damage protection insurance is valid during the stay at cabin
