Check-In Instructions
Pl Note:
Code will be sent 1 week before check-in
1. starts at 4pm on Wed, Jun 11 and ends on Fri, Jun 13 at 11am.
2. To enter, Press the Yale button (Y), enter code and click on _/ checkbox. To lock, after closing the door press on Yale button.
2a. Please make sure to checkout before 11am as we need to cleanup for next guest.

3. Wifi code is in welcome book. Pl use 2G for better coverage in house and 5G for multimedia use.
4. Pl. sign the checklist on kitchen counter and text to 2095187931 or 2099929521.
4a. All remotes are next to TV. Pl use xfinity remote to see all channels.
4b. We have added pool table and tennis table in garage as complementary to guest. The fan and chairs in garage can be used. We request other stuff in Garage is personal and is used by owner only. The garage door button (white) is next to coat hanger.
4c. Please make sure to carry the luggage on the stairs and not drag the wheels on them as the wood stairs can be damaged.
Spa:
5a. A 6-person hot-tub is added to the lowest level deck. Please make sure to keep it covered when not in use and follow safety rules. Also please keep kids under supervision in hot-tub.
5b. Please make sure to clean your feet before going in hot tub. This helps us to keep the hot tub clean.
5c. The key for spa cover is in lockbox. The code is 2460, we strongly recommend to lock the spa cover after use to avoid accidental drowning.
Propane:
1. We have 2 propane tanks in Garage if the ones in outside Grill or Fireplace run out.
2. Please use the stairs and Patio to take propane on the deck if needed.
3. Please make sure the number of propane in garage stays the same. We need them for our guest.
Garbage:
6. Pl. store garbage in garbage storage outside. We are providing complementary Garbage disposal for convenience to guest.
6a. There is a key hanging on coat hanger for garbage door. Pl keep garbage door locked due to wildlife outside.
6b. Additional 2 propane tanks are in garage. In case of more needed the guest need to refill.
7. The insurance needs to be kept valid during the stay at cabin.
Respect for Environment:
8. Please note the guest need to be conscious of the mountain environment and noise control after 5pm. We strongly urge to have no music or loud noise on the decks after 5pm. The environment echo’s the noise a lot and we are very respectful of the calm and relaxed place for all around.
9a. Any additional guests that are included after the reservation will need to get approved by owner.
9b. Please make sure the guests are aware of the steps and the entrance at lower level. It is guest responsibility to make sure they can physically climb the steps at entrance. Since this is a mountain cabin the slopes at the entrance are not regular.
10. We strongly recommend timely checkout as we have a very busy schedule of bookings.
Safety:
10a. There are 4 fire-extinguishers, next to the front door entrance, in lower level master bedroom and on 1st, 2nd decks.
10b. Please keep the fire grill away from wooden side rails during use as the fire heat can burn wood.
10c. There are extra propane tanks in the garage for refill.
10d. Living Room Fireplace: Pl. make sure to handle firewood carefully for using fireplace in living room. We recommend only use fireplace if you have experience before on how to use. Pl call host for help on how to start fireplace.
10e. The guest booking the reservation is responsible to relay the rules of the cabin to all family and friends staying.
