Cancellation Policies

  • 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
  • If you have upcoming trips, you can manage or cancel your booking in your traveler account.

Check in

Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

House Rules

  • Check in after 4:00 PM
  • Check out before 11:00 AM
  • Maximum overnight guests: 12 (Pl don't invite additional guests not listed)
  • Minimum age to rent: 21
  • Children allowed: ages 0 - 17
  • pets allowed: Up to 2 dogs less than 50lbs (for each pet $100, no pets on 2nd flr)
  • No events allowed (pl don't allow additional guest for party.)
  • No smoking allowed (Not permissible for additional guest not listed)
 

  • The guest need to respect the environment noise control, no music is allowed after 5pm outside on the deck or in the backyard.

  • Pl. don’t throw napkins or paper towels in toilet. Please dont move furniture on decks. Fire pits and Grill need to be 2 ft away from the deck railing

  • Fire pits and Grill need to be turned on by adults over 18 yrs of age and monitored. The propane safety valve needs to be turned off after use.

Cleaning practices

  • Cleaned with disinfectant
  • Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
  • All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
